THESE DAYS it seems there's money in any old rubbish.
Roy Deane from Perthshire is an avid collector of pop memorabilia and runs a special archive spanning around 40 years of pop music.
He supplies the background tor TV shows, films and books to anyone who wants to know anything about anybody who's anybody.
Last week he sold an empty Rice Krisples packet for £40 - because it was from 1963 and advertised a speclal offer for a Beatles badge.
Roy says, "Collectors want things that wouldn't normally be saved - concert tickets, appearances on packaging and even broken guitars, If they're broken by the right people."
He even knows of a chip paper in Kilmarnock worth £1000 because it's got Elvis Presley's autograph on it.
